We are delighted to announce that Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Gloucester is the new Patron of Cruse Bereavement Support. The late Queen Elizabeth II was Cruse’s former Patron.

The Duchess of Gloucester is a full-time working member of the Royal Family. Her Royal Highness is the wife of the late Queen Elizabeth II’s cousin The Duke of Gloucester, who she married in 1972 in Northamptonshire.

Her Royal Highness takes great pride in the work she does for charities, as well as her duties in support of The King.

“It is wonderful news that Her Royal Highness has chosen to be patron of Cruse. We are really looking forward to involving The Duchess in our charity’s work supporting bereaved people through grief.
