All volunteers are required to complete a Criminal Record check. Volunteers working directly with clients will be required to complete an enhanced check. Applicants in Northern Ireland: AccessNI Code of Practice www.nidirect.gov.uk/publications/accessni-code-practice. Previous convictions will not prevent full consideration of your application to volunteer with Cruse. Our Recruitment of Ex-offenders’ policy is available on request by email. We will comply with all relevant data protection legislation and process your data fairly. Our Handling Criminal Record Check data policy is available on request by email. *
